    Philosophy

    The concept that all people are "equal" should extend to all "defining characteristics". By virtue of being born on Earth, we are all definitively equal, regardless of race, gender, wealth, religion - indeed, ANY defining characteristics. When we notice any "different treatment" based on these areas, we need to take notice.
